When MomentumWW’s customer came to them with last minute graphics for the Alicia Keys World Aids concert, MomentumWW turned to Big Image Systems to produce the banners in three days over the Thanksgiving Holidays. The banners had to be free standing and easy to install so Big Image’s Flexit Banners Systems were utilized.

The plan was to set up the graphic as a 30 ft (10 m) straight wall. During the installation it was discovered that the graphic would cover up the logo of another sponsor so it had to be moved. With Flexit this was easy to solve. The system was quickly reconfigured to a 20 ft (6 m) wall, wrapping around the ends to keep the banner tight and elegant.

The graphic was installed on the morning of the Dec 1nd concert and everything was ready for the evening concert broadcast over YouTube.
The artwork from MomentumWW’s art department was stunning and when printed on Big Images’ fabric, quickly became a photo shoot opportunity for many fans attending the concert.
